Philip Marzec is the head of the firm's Litigation Section. He has represented numerous public entities in litigation involving personal injury, contracts, election law, open records, civil rights, labor and employment as well as appeals.

Mr. Marzec devotes a substantial portion of his practice to work as general counsel for several school districts. In addition, Mr. Marzec advises clients on how best to prepare for litigation and in the area of insurance coverage.
