Pablo Escmilla, a founder and shareholder, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government in 1974 and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law in 1986.  He is licensed to practice in all state courts and before the United States District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas.  Mr. Escamilla chairs the Government and Civil Practice Section of the Firm, serving as general counsel to the Firm's governmental entity clients and advising them in areas of administrative law, labor relations and employment law, real estate law, and education law.
