Marty G. De Leon joined the firm in August 2008. Mr. De Leon's practice focuses primarily on governmental relations for the firm's clients in the areas of school finance, fiscal efficiency, tax policy, and other related matters.

Mr. De Leon worked for seven years with TASB as their assistant director and legislative counsel for TASB's Governmental Relations Division, and he's worked more recently as the legislative liaison for State Comptroller Susan Combs, representing the agency on matters involving state and local government efficiency, fiscal management, and tax policy.
