Maricela Cavazos is an attorney/mediator.  She has represented governmental entities, small businesses and individuals in personal injury, employment and business matters on both sides of the docket.  She has litigated and/or tried cases involving the Texas Tort Claims Act, Title VII, retaliation, breach of contract, fraud, automobile accidents, premise liability, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, products liability, breach of fiduciary duties, medical malpractice, workers compensation and the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

In addition to litigation and trial experience, Ms. Cavazos has worked for the San Antonio Independent School District as the Executive Director of Employee Relations, assisting in the grievance process, providing staff development and conducting mediations.

She now focuses her practice on mediations in personal injury, employment and business matters.
