Juan F. Aguilera focuses his practice in the area of Public Finance concentrating on tax-exempt financings. He has represented the State of Texas and other political sub-divisions, including cities, counties, and school districts in issuance of securities for capital improvements and refinancing. Mr. Aguilera’s practice also includes representation of underwriting firms as counsel in the purchase of securities from governmental entities.

Mr. Aguilera devotes a portion of his practice to work as general counsel for several school districts. In addition to advising on day-to-day legal and business matters, he assists with personal legal and financial planning.
