Douglas A. Poneck, a founder and shareholder, serves as general counsel for the Firm's governmental entity clients. Mr. Poneck's practice focuses primarily on employment, local government, and general civil practice providing guidance to clients in the areas of administration, employment, education, housing, and other related matters. Mr. Poneck has represented clients in state courts, appellate courts, and before the Texas Education Agency, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Office of Civil Rights. He maintains his practice while overseeing the daily operations of the Firm as Managing Shareholder.
